My first toy design experience evolved from taking a chance on an internship posting I noticed while I was attending ArtCenter College of Design. I am not sure why it never occurred to me that toy design was a career path, even though I had been a toy collector since childhood. Hasbro had the Disney Princess license for fashion dolls & small dolls and they were looking for an intern to fill a co-op position… and the rest is history!
