Although I’m not a huge fan of the wizarding world of Harry Potter, I did see the strong potential the brand held for my career growth and the learning opportunities it offered within licensed properties. I gained extensive fashion doll design knowledge, honed new technical and creative skills, and even had the thrill of designing a doll that earned my first talent approval ever. I can happily say I reached a milestone — Gary Oldman liked my doll for Sirius Black — and that felt like the perfect capstone to the experience.
